Bear enough for the annoying ads on Spotify, the company is testing a new feature that would let even the free users to skip ads.
Spotify is now testing this new feature, it is known as “Active Media” and aims at letting all users to skip audio and video ads they don’t like. So, both paid subscription and free users can get this feature in the feature.
It has been rolled out in Australia, and the company said in a statement “We launched Active Media, skippable audio and video ads, in Australia for now and will consider expanding to additional markets in the future”
